Native American Youth Ministries (NAYM) serves communities throughout Arizona & New Mexico, with a deep commitment to reaching Indigenous peoples in their heart language and cultural context.
Currently, we offer Bible translations and ministry materials in Navajo, Apache, and Havasupai, helping make the message of hope accessible and meaningful across tribal communities.
Our work includes:
- Active ministries on the Navajo Nation, including multiple locations across the Reservation
- A growing ministry presence on the Hopi Reservation
- Partnership and support for other ministries serving Native peoples throughout the Southwest
NAYM is not working alone—we are honored to walk alongside local churches, tribal leaders, and fellow ministries as we build relationships and share the love of Christ in culturally relevant ways.
Native American Youth Ministries (NAYM) offers a variety of meaningful opportunities to serve indigenous communities across Arizona.
Whether you’re called to short-term missions or looking for a longer-term commitment, your time and talents can make a lasting impact.
Short-Term Missions
We welcome individuals, churches, and groups to serve through:
- Work Teams – Assist with building projects, home repairs, and ministry facility improvements
- Vacation Bible Schools – Lead children’s programs and share the love of Christ in a fun, engaging way
- Basketball Camps – Use sports as a bridge to mentor youth and build relationships within the community
Long-Term Ministry Opportunities
If you feel called to deeper involvement, we also need:
- Translation Partners – Help translate Biblical resources into Navajo, Apache, Havasupai, and other Native languages
- Missionary Support – Come alongside our current missionary staff in discipleship, outreach, and community development
There’s a place for everyone—skilled laborers, teachers, youth workers, storytellers, and servant-hearted volunteers.
Together, we can help build bridges of hope across Native communities through the love of Christ.
Pray & Support
At Native American Youth Ministries (NAYM), we believe that prayer is the foundation of everything we do. The work we carry out in the Indigenous communities is sustained by the faithful prayers of people like you.
We invite you to stand with us in prayer—for our team, our missionaries, and the families we serve.
Your prayers bring strength, encouragement, and hope.
If you’re praying with us, we’d love to hear from you.
A simple message letting us know you’re lifting us up means more than you can imagine.
Give Financially
All of our missionaries raise their own support and funds for ministry projects. Your financial gifts directly impact the lives of Indigenous youth and families by helping provide:
- Ministry materials and Bible translations
- Youth outreach programs and camps
- Construction and maintenance on homes and churches
- Transportation, food, and other basic needs
You can give online through our donation link or contact us if you’d like to explore alternate giving methods (such as in-kind donations, stocks, or estate gifts). We’re happy to help make your giving as easy and meaningful as possible.
Thank you for walking alongside us in prayer and generosity.
