Myrtis McCormack

Myrtis, along with her late husband Jim, was among the founding members of the ROCK Ministries team before becoming part of Native American Youth Ministries (NAYM). She has been faithfully serving Native communities in the Southwest since 1988.

Now living near Tucson with her daughter Anna, Myrtis continues to minister to Navajo and Hopi individuals who come to the city for medical treatment or to support loved ones in the hospital. She offers encouragement, prayer, and a listening ear to those in need.

Myrtis also travels to the northern reservations to maintain long-standing relationships with the communities she, Jim, and Anna once lived among. Her ministry includes prayer support, crisis care, and involvement in local outreach events—always offering compassion and Christ-centered hope.
